Preparing to Publish Living Loved

I’m an artist, writer, spiritual journey coach and hypnotherapist. I’m a human being who once lived deep within fear, and who used to believe that the struggles and heartaches of my life were because of other people. Little by little, I opened my heart and mind, discovered new possibilities, expanded my worldview, and found the way out of suffering. I'm now on a grass roots mission to end suffering and Create World Peace ~ One Mind at a Time.

Client Success Stories

Being a highly sensitive person (HSP) means greater receptivity to external and internal stimulation as well as being more intuitive. Being neurotic is a state of being constantly anxious for no apparent reason. May HSPs have been labelled, or even self labelled, as neurotic. Let me assure you that there are plenty of reasons for an HSP to feel what is popularly called 'anxiety'. You are not neurotic!!

Open to a Juicy Life

If a woman attempts to be a part of an organization, association, or family that neglects to peer into her to see what she is made of, one that fails to ask "What makes this person run?" and one that does not put forth effort to challenge or encourage her in any positive manner ... then her ability to thrive and create is diminished. ... Then a woman's life is overcome by
